Jones Road currently ships across the US, Canada, the UK (covering England, Wales, Scotland, and Northern Ireland, though not the Crown Dependencies), Australia, New Zealand, and the EU (Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Monaco, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovak Republic, Slovenia, Spain, and Sweden).

  • US: Free standard shipping for orders over $55. For orders under $55, shipping is $8.95.
  • Canada: Free standard shipping for orders over $125 CAD. For orders under $125 CAD, shipping is $13 CAD. All orders ship via DHL.
  • UK: Free standard shipping for orders over £75 GBP. For orders under £75 GBP, shipping is calculated at checkout.
  • EU: Free standard shipping for orders over €85 EUR. For orders under €85 EUR, shipping is €7 EUR in Germany, France, Ireland, Italy, Spain, Netherlands, Portugal, Belgium, Austria, Finland, Luxembourg, and Monaco. For orders under €85 EUR, shipping is €9 EUR in Croatia, Cyprus, Malta, Latvia, Lithuania, Slovenia and Slovak Republic.
  • Bulgaria: Free standard shipping for orders over лв190. For orders under лв190, shipping is лв18.
  • Czech Republic: Free standard shipping for orders over 2200 Kč. For orders under 2200 Kč, shipping is 200 Kč.
  • Denmark: Free standard shipping for orders over 600 kr. For orders under 600 kr, shipping is 65 kr.
  • Hungary: Free standard shipping for orders over Ft35000. For orders under Ft35000, shipping is Ft3500.
  • Poland: Free standard shipping for orders over 400 zł. For orders under 400 zł, shipping is 45 zł.
  • Romania: Free standard shipping for orders over 500 lei. For orders under 500 lei, shipping is 45 lei.
  • Sweden: Free standard shipping for orders over 900 kr. For orders under 900 kr, shipping is 95 kr.
  • Australia: Free standard shipping for orders over A$150. For orders under A$150, shipping is A$15. Note: Orders that include fragrances or other hazmat products do not qualify for free standard shipping.
  • New Zealand: Free standard shipping for orders over NZ$165. For orders under NZ$165, shipping is NZ$15. Note: Orders that include fragrances or other hazmat products do not qualify for free standard shipping.

For Canada orders above $125 CAD, any applicable duties or import taxes are collected at checkout.

For UK orders above £135, any applicable duties or import taxes are collected at checkout.

For EU orders, any applicable duties or import taxes are already included in the price. No extra fees will be charged on delivery.

For Australia & New Zealand orders, any applicable duties or import taxes are already built into the pricing, so no additional fees are charged on delivery. Please note: orders containing fragrances or other hazmat products must go out via Express Shipping and are not eligible for free or Standard Shipping.

Orders are processed Monday through Friday, aside from US holidays. They are typically fulfilled and dispatched within 3–4 business days. As soon as your order ships, you will get an email from jonesroadbeautycare@gmail.com containing your tracking details.

Because of shipping restrictions, we cannot ship hazmat products (including fragrances) to Croatia, Cyprus, Malta, Spain (Canary Islands), PO boxes, APO, or FPO addresses.

Returns and Exchanges

We want you to be happy with what you bought. If something isn't quite right, we accept returns within 30 days of delivery and exchanges within 45 days of delivery. Please be aware that apparel is final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged. Certain limited-edition products may also not qualify for return or exchange; eligibility details are listed on the individual product page or inside our returns portal. Shipping charges are non-refundable, and returns or exchanges may be restricted in cases of program abuse, misuse, or bulk buying.

We're glad to offer one exchange per item to help you land on the right shade or product. Keep in mind that exchanged items are treated as final sale and are not eligible for any further returns, refunds, or additional exchanges.

Items bought as part of a Set cannot be returned on their own. If one of the products in a Set isn't working for you, we're happy to swap it for a different shade of the same item.

Our Kits come pre-assembled and must be returned or exchanged as a whole; we are not able to process returns or exchanges for individual items or shades within a Kit.

To start a return or exchange, please head to /pages/returns-exchanges and follow the steps shown. We'll handle your request as quickly as we can.

For EU orders above €140, a €6.95 (or the equivalent in local currency) restocking fee applies to each return and is deducted from your refund.

To process a return or exchange for a product you received as a gift, please visit the Jones Road Beauty Returns and Exchanges Portal at /pages/returns-exchanges and enter the order number together with the associated shipping zip code.
